Lovely old fashioned and exceptional hotel, I liked enjoyable breakfast!
The staff were very helpful and had a sense of humour. My room included a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fridge. There was a big bathroom.

Magnificent location very close to up the hill to the train station, the ferry and train and the quay. Large unit with an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware.

Great setting, it's near to the ferry and other parts of Lake Como and the Lake in Varenna. Staff is obliging and you can park your car on site.

The location is great very close to the railway station. The bets part that its next to the centre of town, the beautiful waterfront, and the boats. Make sure you stay in the attic double room with breathtaking views, a stunning view, as for instance.

We where there for 3 nights and felt would go back in flash. This accommodation had a central setting opposite the ferry terminal. Besides, it was 0 mins walk from Royal Victoria.

It was relaxing stay, I liked outstanding food.
The rooms were airy and good sized, equipped with terrace and it's own balcony. Bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was stunning, short walk to a ferry terminal, the Varenna train station, and the restaurants nearby.

I had really really nice stay, the place is lovely old fashioned and well-kept!
I had a nicely furnished and brand-new room with a balcony and everything was outstanding. There were an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware upon arrival. Central location short walk to the central area of lago di Como, it was in a downtown area.

The hotel had a great location, right at the ferry terminal, making it convenient for exploring other towns like Belagio. The room we stayed in had a fabulous view of the lake and was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had excellent wifi, which was a bonus.
The hotel could have been more modern in terms of its decor.
